515 E BARBEE AVE opened code-violation case for front-yard parking (black sedan)
Owner Kevin Wagner has an open property-maintenance case at 515 E Barbee Ave after a caller reported a black sedan parked in the front yard for months. The neighbor admitted they weren’t 100% certain it’s that exact house but said it should be within two houses, so the city has the case open to investigate.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
