Oaks St Andrews LLC has an open property maintenance case after a tenant at 6814 Brooklawn Dr, Unit 4 reported a leaking bathroom ceiling that’s begun to collapse. The tenant says they complained months ago and again after a recent leak allegedly caused by the upstairs occupant; management inspected but repair work and follow-up still haven’t happened.
