4229 Grand Ave: Code violation; requested pickup of bags on side of property
Opulent Beginnings Investment Group has an open Property Maintenance Case after a neighbor reported dumped bags of clothing at 4229 Grand Ave. The complainant says the bags were left along the side of the property (not on their yard), included a photo, and asked the city to pick them up because it makes the side look unsightly.
