4115 Hillview Ave: Opened property maintenance code violation case
Owner Leslie Antrel Darell has an open property-maintenance case at 4115 Hillview Ave after a neighbor reported an overgrown backyard and tires left on the property for two or three years. The complaint notes the front yard was mowed recently but the backyard remains a “jungle,” with four kids and two dogs having to navigate the mess — the neighbor says they’ll keep complaining until the yard is kept up.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
