1304 SOUTHGATE AVE opened for tall grass code violation
Owners Ben Falender and Marvin M. Sotsky have an open property-maintenance case for tall grass at 1304 Southgate Ave. The code-violation record simply lists "tall grass" as the issue and shows no completed inspections or posted fees yet, so it looks like the city has flagged the lawn and the case is awaiting follow-up.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
