2209 PARIS DR Code Violation: Children playing in street with basketball cart

Owner Mainali Hom has an open property-maintenance code case after a concerned citizen reported that children keep putting a mobile basketball cart in the street in front of 2209 Paris Dr. The complaint says the cart is hard to see in the dark and that kids have been playing in the roadway while vehicles pass, so the city opened the case to address the safety risk.
