2003 EASTERN PKY opened second graffiti vandalism code violation case

Platinum Dharma Properties LLC has an open code-violation case after their building at 2003 Eastern Pkwy was vandalized again this month with the graffiti tag "MANDIE." The owner says the person is known to police and requested the incident be forwarded to Detective Denton in the First Division so they can be held accountable. City records list this as an active property-maintenance case while investigators follow up.
