1529 Bardstown Rd open code violation for graffiti tag MANDIE
V&A Investments LLC has an open property maintenance case for graffiti at 1529 Bardstown Rd after someone spray-tagged "MANDIE" on the building. The complainant says the name is known to police and asks the report be forwarded to Detective Denton so the person can be held accountable.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
