Ledgewood Multifamily Partners LLC has a property maintenance complaint after a tenant who moved into 6230 Ledgewood Parkway, Unit 2 on April 10 reported sewage backing up into the bathtub. The renter — who says they have two young children — says maintenance acknowledged a problem with lower units but hasn’t fixed it; two maintenance visits reportedly left feces in the tub and the toilet and tub are connected, leaving the unit uninhabitable.
