Owner Ronald Richards Jr. has an open property maintenance case at 3108 Indian Lake Dr. City notes say he’s been asked to mow and clean up the yard but hasn’t complied, and recently vehicles have been parked on the lawn while another truck in the driveway appears not to run.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
