1715 Trevilian Way cited for code violation: rot and pest infestation
Owner Benjamin Robert Welp has an open property maintenance case at 1715 Trevilian Way after rotting wood on the back patio attracted carpenter bees and aggressive wasps. Inspectors note the bees have damaged the neighboring deck at 1717 Trevilian Way and the wasps are a safety risk to children, and Chapter 156 of the property code requires the owner to clear the infestation.
