1714 S Preston St opened code violation case for overgrown yard and debris
Owner Rodney D. Barnes has an open property-maintenance case after a neighbor complaint about the yard at 1714 S Preston St in Louisville. The report says the grass hasn’t been mowed and a large pile of wood and brush has sat there for at least four years, drawing mosquitoes so bad neighbors can’t use their backyards and allegedly creating rat holes that are a health hazard. The case is listed as open while the city follows up.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
