1507 S 28TH ST code violation for property maintenance

A property maintenance complaint has been filed about the rental at 1507 S 28th St, owned by Tillman J. Jones and Paula Jones. Neighbors say an out-of-area owner’s property management hasn’t repaired trees and a fence damaged in an April 2022 storm—the fence is now down and gives easy access between yards—so the city has opened a case to determine who’s responsible under the newer fencing rules.
