325 W GAULBERT AVE 1 cited for exterior facade code violation

Wellesley Townhomes Owner LLC has an open property maintenance case after plywood sat on the exterior of 325 W Gaulbert Ave, Unit 1, for more than a year. The city says that setup violates Old Lou Exterior Facade Guidelines and notes the building receives HUD funding yet appears to be providing one fewer apartment than before; inspections and follow-up are pending.
