Walter Johnson, the owner of 5013 Broadmoor Blvd, has an open property-maintenance case after a neighbor reported piles of wood in the backyard that could attract rodents. The complaint says the wood’s been there about two weeks, notes past Black Diamond pest-control visits for mice, a ground hog sighting by the creek bank, and even that recent renters planted squash by the front flower bed.
