428 W Ormsby Ave 2 opened for code violation over mulch in ROW

Marlowe Crystal has an open property maintenance case after large amounts of bagged landscaping mulch have been sitting on the property and spilling into the right-of-way at 428 W Ormsby Ave, Unit 2 since last summer. The code-violation record shows city staff flagged the issue to get those mulch bags cleared from the sidewalk and curb.
