2004 Standard Ave Code Violation: Landlord turned off heat

A tenant reports the landlord at 2004 Standard Ave — owners David & Katherine Tofaute — turned off the heat and may have pulled the furnace breaker after saying he won't restore heat until she pays rent that isn't due until April 15. The complaint opened a property maintenance/code violation case; the tenant says they've been without heat since March 27, so the city is investigating.
