Louisville Housing Corp has an open property maintenance case for 1448 S Hancock St, Unit 3 after a caller reported the central air isn’t working and a newly installed window AC is full of mold. The caller says the only thing done so far was changing the air filter, wants to remain anonymous, and provided a number so inspectors can arrange an inspection.
