Geiger Street Properties LLC has an open property-maintenance code-violation case about the concrete barriers around the street and sidewalks at 700 E Market St. Neighbors say the barriers are dangerously placed—drivers nearly hit them, a wheelchair user had to go a block out of their way to access a business, and several people reportedly tripped during Bock Fest—so the city has the issue on file to investigate safety and accessibility concerns.
