Owner Willie Coates has an open property maintenance case at 3515 Virginia Ave for a standing dead tree in the rear near the alley. The tree is constantly dropping large limbs into neighboring yards and the adjacent alley—creating a pedestrian-safety risk—and it’s a host for big kudzu vines that are spreading onto nearby properties.
