4815 BELLEVUE AVE Code Violation: tall grass and weeds in easements
Property owner Jassey Alhagi has an open property maintenance case for 4815 Bellevue Ave after inspectors found the occupied lot with grass and weeds about 12 inches high in the front, back and the rear easement. The record notes residents aren’t maintaining the yard, so the city has the property on the books until the vegetation is cut and the lot is brought back into compliance.
