Property owner Perez Alianet Rodriguez is the subject of an open property maintenance case at 11812 Poplarwood Dr. Neighbors say the backyard is piled with trash — including an old mattress left for weeks — the house and yard aren’t being maintained, and up to seven vehicles are parked in the front yard and spilling into a neighbor’s driveway, reportedly turning away potential buyers next door.
