1616 Grinstead Dr cited for signage maintenance in a code violation
Owner Patsy Tucker has an open property-maintenance code case about signage at 1616 Grinstead Dr. The record says J Gumbo’s signs were reportedly destroyed by vandalism from so-called “word spammers,” and the handicap parking sign is now not clearly visible. The complaint asks whether Metro can require private property owners to keep their signs maintained while the city reviews next steps.
