4600 Block of S 5th Street opened for Property Maintenance Code Violation
A property maintenance code-violation case has been opened for the entire 4600 Block of S 5th Street after residents reported that dumpsters behind the apartments facing Southern Parkway are routinely overflowing and leaving trash all along the alley-like street. Neighbors say people often dig through the bins and garbage trucks sometimes drop debris that winds up in backyards on South 6th Street, and the complaint notes this messy situation has been going on for years; the case is currently open.
