4222 ALTON RD Code Violation: Request code enforcement inspection for dead tree
Owner Vicki S. Burns has an open property maintenance complaint about a dying tree at 4222 Alton Rd. A neighbor says two arborists found the tree diseased and hazardous — the trunk lies on 4222 Alton Rd with roots under the driveway at 4224 Alton Rd, and falling deadwood has already damaged the 4224 roof twice, causing thousands in repairs and nearly injuring a tenant. The complainant provided arborist reports and a removal bid and is asking code enforcement to step in to require the tree’s removal.
