800 Minette Cir opened a code violation for Unit 223 water leaks and pests

She says a prior closet leak was supposedly repaired, but opening the closet now releases swarms of gnats. The owner, Eden Apartments Holdings KY LLC, is listed on the open code-violation case and the caller asked to keep their identity private, providing only a contact number that should not be released.
