1023 Eastern Pkwy Code Violation: Fences past property line blocking easement

Owner Roger Rendon reports a code violation at 1023 Eastern Pkwy: neighbors at 110 and 112 Reasor Ave have allegedly built fences past the property line, encroaching on the utility easement and blocking utility access. Those fences are also keeping him from driving into his garage (the doors are temporarily covered with siding) and make exiting onto Eastern Pkwy hazardous, so a property-maintenance case is open with Codes and Regulations to sort out the alley and access issues.
