10011 Oak Bridge Cir 204 code violation for no heat or AC
A tenant at 10011 Oak Bridge Cir, Unit 204 has filed a property-maintenance code-violation, reporting that heat and AC have been out since October; the case is open against owner Lone Oak Meadows LP. The tenant says rent is still being collected and that extreme indoor heat led to three hospitalizations, and the city record shows no completed inspections yet.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
