K S Developers Inc is the listed owner on an open property maintenance code-violation at 9325 New La Grange Rd. The complaint says carts full of cardboard — reportedly from the Dollar General — keep getting knocked over and scattering paper and cardboard across the site and along the nearby railroad tracks. This looks like a containment and cleanup issue that, once fixed, would keep litter off the tracks and the neighborhood looking neater.
