Owners David L. Baldon Sr. and Rosemary Baldon have an open property-maintenance case at 1761 W Gaulbert Ave for vehicles being kept in the backyard where there’s no driveway. The city has the record marked open, so officials are asking the owners to remove or relocate the cars or otherwise provide an approved parking solution to come into compliance.
