825 E CHESTNUT ST: code violation filed against landlord over washer/dryer
HBC Royalty LLC is the owner named in an open property-maintenance complaint after a tenant at 825 E Chestnut St says the landlord promised a washer and dryer would be installed before move-in but hasn’t provided a working set. The tenant says the posted rent was $1,900 with a $150 monthly bump for the appliances, two faulty sets were installed, and they’re disputing the extra $150 while the case remains open.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
