3010 POPLAR LEVEL RD Code Violation: Hazardous dead tree with vines on property
425 Properties LLC has an open property maintenance case for 3010 Poplar Level Rd after reports about a large, partly dead tree on the lot. The tree is wrapped in vines with fallen limbs caught in the canopy, and the complaint says neighbors are worried it could come down in a storm and damage nearby property.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
