4511 S 6TH ST: Property Maintenance Case Open

Owner John A. Witt has an open property maintenance case at 4511 S 6th St after neighbors reported a tent that’s been in the yard for more than four months and debris now visible from the sidewalk. Neighbors say a long-term houseguest mentioned plans to build a fence between 4511 and 4509 S 6th St and store items there months ago, and they also reported a deceased dog buried on the lot. The city has been out at least twice to clean up, and the case remains open while inspectors follow up.
