3029 Bon Air Ave opened for property maintenance code violation
Owner Rutherford Blake Z has an open property-maintenance complaint at 3029 Bon Air Ave after a neighbor reported a front-yard tree that’s dropping large limbs and debris onto adjacent yards. The report notes the yard isn’t being raked and could be inviting rodents and wildlife, and the city has an active case with about 20 business days for the issue to be addressed.
