Owner Coy Robin has an open property maintenance case for 103 S 45th St after a neighbor reported a broken fence being held together with trash. The complaint says metal from the makeshift repairs is in their yard and the fence isn’t containing six pit bulls, and the neighbor noted photos couldn’t be uploaded through the app.
