Bah Market/Pirtle Condo Association has an open property maintenance case for 2008 Pirtle St. Neighbors report the house is unsecured and repeatedly broken into, with drug use and encampments — a basement window on the west side is open and similar problems are noted at 2010 Pirtle St. The record also says people have been entering and living in a white shed across Pirtle on the rear/south side of the 2008 West Main property.
