Councilman Hudson reported concerns about the property at 7209 East Manslick Rd, which is owned by Ralph Theodore Lax Revocable Living. The lot reportedly has little more than a garage and piles of tires behind it — it’s unclear whether they were dumped or placed by the owner — so a property maintenance/code enforcement investigation has been requested and the case is open.
