3700 W Wheatmore Dr opened a Code Violation for water in the hallway

American Village Apartments LLC has an open property maintenance case after a caller reported water in a communal hallway at 3700 W Wheatmore Dr, apparently coming in on the inside of a window. The case is listed as open with a site visit scheduled for March 27, 2026, so city staff will be checking whether it’s a leaking window, condensation problem, or something more serious in the shared hallway.
