Owner Nshimirimana Desire at 2932 Slevin St is the subject of a property-maintenance code-violation complaint after a neighbor reported large green garbage bags and animal parts scattered in the backyard and alley. The caller said there’s a strong odor and even that her dog brought back a leg with a hoof — the case is open for inspection so city staff can assess any health and safety concerns.
