Louisville Metro Housing Authority has an open property maintenance case at 1012 Fisk St after a resident reported discolored sink water from an old faucet installed in a new unit. The tenant says it took seven months for someone to replace it, and when the crew finally showed up they swapped in an even more damaged faucet—apparently hoping no one would notice. City inspectors have the case open for follow-up.
