835 Hazel St opened for code violation over lack of central air

A tenant has filed a property maintenance complaint for 835 Hazel St after moving in November 2025, saying the rental was advertised with central air but the owner never installed it. Owner Meridian Real Estate Group LLC says they cannot afford the installation, and the code-violation case is currently open while the city reviews the dispute.
