918 Baxter Ave 101 graffiti tag MANDIE reported; open code violation

Graffiti tag "MANDIE" was reported on the front of the business at 918 Baxter Ave, Unit 101, a property listed to T J Mark LLC. The complainant says the tagged person is known to police and asks that Detective Denton in the First Division be notified — they also note this is the third time the storefront has been vandalized, and a property maintenance case is open.
