1333 Christy Ave cited for code violation for front yard garbage carts and rotted fence
Owner John C. Bennett has an open property maintenance case for 1333 Christy Ave. A caller checking the status says an earlier service request (which mistakenly referenced 915 Barret at the other end of the block) reported garbage carts sitting in the front yard, a side gate falling apart, and a rotted, collapsing back fence.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
