2320 Glenmary Ave 2 reported for code violation

Owners Lawrence & Barbara Goudy are named in an open property-maintenance case after a complaint about overflowing garbage at 2320 Glenmary Ave, Unit 2. The report says a bin was moved from the alley to the side of the deck, is overflowing with food containers and dirty diapers that vermin are dragging out, and that landlord Larry Goudy and Broadway Property Mgmt have not responded.
