449 Louis Coleman Jr Dr opened for property maintenance code violation

Owner JHA Sanjeeta has an open property maintenance case at 449 Louis Coleman Jr Dr after a tenant who moved in late November reported multiple safety and habitability problems. The tenant says copper wiring was stolen and—despite replacement—outlets in both bedrooms don’t work, exposed wiring is hanging from the basement ceiling, the basement floor is uneven with broken concrete and holes, the refrigerator and microwave have been out for months, and a side window won’t close so they’re stuffing things in to keep the cold out. The case is currently open and awaiting follow-up.
