2616 Montgomery St opened for property maintenance code violation (trash pickup)

Rick Burchett, Sr. filed a property-maintenance complaint saying that since moving in about six weeks ago his trash at 2616 Montgomery Street has been picked up only twice despite placing the can in Tyler Alley along with his neighbors. The owner on file is Josie Lee Property Management & Leas, and Burchett asks the city to explain why his cans are being skipped and to help order a second trash cart because he currently has only one. The case is open, so city staff should be following up to straighten out the pickup and can replacement.
