4604 Curve Hill Rd code violation for dangerous tree removal request

Property owners Gary and Ann C. Roggenkamp have an open property-maintenance code case after neighbors Marsha and Tom Grove reported a large, rotten tree at 4604 Curve Hill Road in the Bridges of Razor Creek area. The Groves say an eight-foot rotten trunk recently fell about 20 feet from the tree and landed in the road, and they’re asking the city to trim or remove parts (or the whole tree) to keep walkers and drivers safe.
