412 S 38th St code violation for rat infestation landlord refuses to resolve
A tenant has filed a property maintenance complaint for 412 S 38th St reporting a severe rat infestation that's been gnawing through walls and even getting into beds and furniture. The open code violation names owner 3GMM Properties LLC after the tenant says the problem has gone on about two years and the landlord refuses to resolve it.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
