103 Nob Hill Ln Code Violation: Roach infestation at Views on Crescent Hill

A resident at The Views on Crescent Hill has filed an open property-maintenance complaint about a persistent roach infestation at 103 Nob Hill Ln. They say there have been three management changes, pest-control visits ran for about three months last year and then stopped, and despite paying for pest control through their rent they still find roaches — the building is owned by SC Echo Associates LLC and the case is currently open.
