2112 Bardstown Rd code violation issued for tagging on building side
Owner Ned M. Bass has an open property maintenance case after the side of the building at 2112 Bardstown Rd was tagged. The record lists this as a code-violation graffiti issue and so far shows no completed inspections, so the city may still be lining up a cleanup or next steps.
